A crusta was a style of drink from the early 1800’s. While it never gained the popularity of the cocktail, this is still a venerable style of beverage.
0.5oz Triple Sec
1 barspoon Maraschino
Garnish: lemon twist “lip”
Prep: Rim a wine glass with sugar. Line the inside of the glass with a long lemon peel to form a lip. Shake ingredients and double strain into the prepared glass. Add 1 ice cube.
