2 oz cognac
0.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.25 oz. Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao
0.25 oz. Dashes Simple Syrup
Garnish: lemon and orange slice
Preparation: Shake everything except soda over ice. Strain over fresh ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish.
