This cocktail was invented in Chicago before Prohibition and served at the Waldorf Astoria. It is one of the few cocktails with it’s original in Chicago and sadly the true history has been lost. |

1 oz Bacardi 8 Rum |
1 oz Port |
.5 oz Lemon Juice |
.25 Simple Syrup |
1 egg white |
3 oz Club Soda |
Glass: Collins |
